Today in LA the 2017 Billboard Music Awards were held. There were some fantastic outfits...and so many sheer ones. So today I'm coming at you with the best and worst outfits from the 2017 Billboard Music Awards.

What a gorgeous woman! This dress is a beautiful vintage remix. The cut of the top is so modern where as the ruffles on the bottom of this fabulous dress are vintage.

This lovely lady is also taking a note from the olden days in this black and white lace coordinate set. Letting a little skin peek through the chest really breaks up this look, it's a great way to wear it.

What a lovely tulle and lace tutu! She looks like a total ballerina. Even the shoes give a nod to the classical dance.

Bebe stepped out onto the pink carpet looking like an elegant beauty. This classic black dress is mature, but the slit up the leg really gives it that little bit more individuality.

Olivia looks classic and sexy in this gorgeous dress. The sheer and embroidered flowers are so trendy at the moment.
Worst:
Halsey
Halsey should never have worn this ill-fitting bra, floor length khaki skirt and ridiculous lace-up heels. It looks like she just threw it all together at the last minute. Points for originality though.

Sorry girl! You are no Lady Gaga. From head to toe this outfit is just a disaster.

While this outfit may have taken hours to produce it just shouldn't have been made! Dencia is a beautiful girl but this outfit just drowns her in what looks like paper cut-outs.

While her pink dress is super cute, the shoes just completely clash and ruin this outfit.

The outfit itself is really hot! However it looks like it doesn't fit her. Just look at the way the lace bulges on the left side and how it sags under her ribcage.
